Yes. NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 (VR200) registration is open for Saudi Arabia through vetted commercial partners, though no in-Kingdom deployment has been confirmed yet. HUMAIN's 18,000-GPU GB300 supercomputer is sovereign PIF-controlled infrastructure, not a Vera Rubin deployment, and any future sovereign Vera Rubin capacity would likely follow the same model, separate from commercial wholesale access. Vera Rubin NVL72 pairs 72 Rubin GPUs with 36 Vera CPUs (88 Arm Olympus cores each) in a single rack, each GPU carrying 288GB of HBM4 at 22TB/s, connected via NVLink 6. Article 29 of the PDPL restricts transferring sensitive personal data outside the Kingdom, a consideration once commercial capacity actually lands. For deeper, more established inventory, GB300 and B300 in Saudi Arabia remain the safer default today.
HUMAIN's 18,000-GPU GB300 supercomputer is sovereign PIF-controlled infrastructure, distinct from Vera Rubin, and no in-Kingdom Vera Rubin deployment has been confirmed yet. Article 29 of the PDPL restricts transferring sensitive personal data outside the Kingdom, so government, healthcare and SAMA-supervised workloads will have a genuine reason to keep Vera Rubin workloads in-Kingdom once commercial capacity exists.
Vera Rubin remains concentrated among eight named cloud partners globally, none confirmed for Saudi Arabia yet. Register interest and we will confirm the moment in-Kingdom capacity opens.
